Q: How do I entitle for a wholesale price?
A: Simply sign up at wholesale.vannavie.com and send us an email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with the title: Please upgrade my default account to wholesale account. We will then upgrade your account within 24 hours (working days only) and you will enjoy our wholesale price.

Q: Why I see retail price instead of wholesale price?
A: The front page is always showing retail price. Please log into your account to view the wholesale price.

Q: I have log into my account and I still see retail price?

A: Have you requested us to upgrade your account to wholesale account? You will still see retail price if your account is not upgraded into wholesale account even you log into your account.

Q: Why not the front page showing wholesale price?
A: The front page is not showing the wholesale price because we wanted to protect our wholesale account’s member. We want to keep their cost & margin as privacy.

Q: I already sign up at www.vannavie.com; I cannot upgrade my account there?
A: No. You have to sign up with us at wholesale.vannavie.com to enjoy the wholesale price. www.vannavie.com is only to for end user.

Q: Is this ready stock?
A: Yes. We provide ready stock only.

Q: Can I pre order product that is out of stock?
A: No. Please subscribe to our alert and you’ll be informed when the product is restocked.

Q: Do I get return & refund if I’m not satisfy with the product?
A: Yes. We do allow return & refund. Please view our return & refund policy for more details.

Q: Can I send my own freight?
A: Yes. You may send your own freight but please inform us upfront.

Q: How long do you upload new arrival & restock?
A: We tried to provide new arrivals & restock as frequent as we can. Please check back always or subscribe to our newsletter. We will inform you.

Q: What is the currency of the prices displayed?
A: The prices shown in this website are all in Ringgit Malaysia. However, you can select your own currency at left panel currency converter section, then it will convert to your choosen currency. However during checkout it will convert to RM and proceed to our payment gateway.

Q: What is your payment gateway?
A: iPay88 is our payment processing agent. Through iPay88, we accept major Visa and Mastercards, direct bank transfer payment through major banks in Malaysia (Maybank2u, AmOnline, CIMB Clicks, Alliance Online, Hong Leong Online and RHB Online). Payments by Mobile Money, PosPay and Webcash are also possible with iPay88. Upon checkout, you will be directed to iPay88’s secure site for payment and will be redirected back to us after completing your payment.

Q: Is my bank and credit card information secure in the transaction?
A: We do not store your bank and credit card information when you buy from us. All the payment transaction information is handled by our payment processing agent – iPay88. When you check out, you will be directed to iPay88’s website with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect your information from being read as it is transmitted through the internet.
