Vannavie.com has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor colour setting, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Vannavie.com has done their utmost to ensure that the measurements for products furnished on the website are best calculated to accuracy and true to its dimensions in cm & inches; however, due to the fact that certain fabrics are stretchable, actual measurements of individual items might vary slightly.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our online site, and the products listed, we vannavie.com have a strict RETURN policy for any product. Any imperfection products with minor stains (it is removable or not), inner stains, tailoring issue, colour fading after washed, not well secured buttons and actual fabric colour differences from picture; which are sold, are exchangeable and returnable. We will examine the conditions of the product before shipping. That due to rough handling by all carriers, no matter who they are, damage to goods in transit can occur. We urge customers to check the parcel before signing for it and please refuse delivery if find the goods to be damaged.
